1. The publication
The Family Archive provides digital editorial and entertainment content. It is not a coaching, consulting, counselling, prediction or professional-advice service. Access is licensed for personal, non-commercial reading and listening.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate account details and keep credentials secure. Premium is a recurring digital content subscription billed through Dodo Payments at the price and interval displayed at checkout. Taxes and localized totals may be shown by Dodo before purchase.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Your subscription renews until cancelled. Cancel through the billing portal before the next billing date to prevent renewal. Access generally continues through the paid period unless law, refund processing, abuse or provider action requires otherwise.
4. Editorial submissions
Submitting a question grants us permission, where selected by you, to quote, edit, anonymize and publish it. Submission does not guarantee publication, an individual reply, or a response from any contributor.
5. Community and user content
You retain ownership of your posts while granting the publication a non-exclusive licence to host, display, moderate and reproduce them as needed to operate the community. Do not harass, impersonate, invade privacy, post unlawful material or present personal experience as guaranteed professional advice. We may remove content or terminate accounts for abuse.
6. Intellectual property
Publication text, audio, imagery, design and branding may not be copied, redistributed, scraped or commercially exploited without written permission, except where applicable law permits.
7. No advice or outcomes
Content is opinion and entertainment. No medical, psychological, financial, legal, relationship, career or supernatural outcome is promised.
8. Availability and termination
We may reasonably change the catalogue, features and community moderation. Material breach, fraud or abuse may result in suspension or termination, subject to applicable consumer law.
