Premium provides immediate access to digital editorial content. The final refund window, eligibility rules and request process must match the settings configured for the merchant in Dodo Payments and all mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s location.

Cancellations are different
Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not itself reverse an earlier charge. Use the Dodo customer portal to cancel before the next billing date. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [insert support email] with the account email and transaction reference.
